Posted on 08 Aug 2016
Thank you to everyone who participated in the Type ONESIE Day held on Friday 5 August 2016. It was so wonderful to see everyone in their ONESIES and pyjamas to support those living with Type One Diabetes. We raised $527.85 to help the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
As a mother of two children living with Type One Diabetes, I would like to thank the entire Southern Cross community for getting behind this great cause! It means so much to my family and I! An extra special thank you to Alison Oakleigh for coming back to teach her amazing Type ONESIE Day song, and thanks also to Natalie for…well, she knows! (wink, wink).
Much love Kat
